Together with 33digitial we had a unique opportunity to launch RB as an employer brand. RB, a huge, international FMCG came to us with a problem; everyone uses, knows and loves their products but as an employer brand they didn’t exist.
To clearly bring RB’s employer brand “Game Changer” to life. We had to grab the attention of higher management professionals worldwide and more importantly leave a lasting positive impression and business insight about RB’s culture.
The campaign turned into a global success for RB, attracting new talent and giving rise to their employer brand. Our various scenes of skydiving, paddling pools of lube and screaming children are a cinematic representation of RB’s entire ethos. It’s passionate, bold and inspiring and this was reflected in it’s international awards and popularity on social media.
Each scene featured cameos from RB Employees, who we then interviewed in their own stand alone videos. With the surreal aspects of the launch film, these interviews brought the Gamechanger mentality into the real world.
